No liability is assumed for any mistakes or omissions in listings.

Any requests for refund on any items sold by Eagletree Farm Speckle Park are to be made by first making contact via email to info@eagletreefarm.com.au. 

We will do everything in our power to find a suitable resolution.

Buyers are to arrange their own insurance for any genetic material purchased unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Release forms will be provided to the relevant storage facility on confirmation of payment in full.

Returns will not be accepted on any genetic materials sold.

Any items listed as 'Expression of Interest' will likely require further discussion between parties. Please make contact via email or website comment to discuss any EOI listings/opportunities.
